Who we are

Extra Special Children's Clinic is a service of Newganesh Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 14284538). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. ICO registration is in progress.

What we collect

When you book a call or contact us we collect your name, contact details, and information you choose to share about your child. Clinical information gathered during assessments is health data (special category data) and is handled with additional safeguards.

The waitlist

If you join our waitlist we collect only your first name, your email address, and — if you choose to give them — your child's age band and which assessment you're interested in. We deliberately do not ask for your child's name, date of birth, or any medical or clinical details on that form, and we ask you not to include them. The waitlist is stored on our own hosting, outside the publicly accessible part of the website, and is not shared with anyone.

We use it for one purpose only: to email you when an assessment slot opens. We will not add you to any other mailing list. You can be removed at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to naveen.kumar@newganesh.com, and we will delete your entry.

How we use it

To provide our assessment services, communicate with you, and meet our legal and clinical record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your child's data for marketing.

Legal bases

Consent, performance of a contract, and — for clinical data — provision of health care under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h). For the waitlist specifically, our legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

Retention

Clinical records for children are retained in line with UK health record retention guidance. Enquiry data from people who do not become patients is deleted within 12 months. Waitlist entries are deleted within 12 months, or as soon as you ask us to remove you — whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and complaint. Contact us at naveen.kumar@newganesh.com, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
