Who would assess your child
Assessments are led by MRCPCH-qualified specialist paediatricians — not general doctors with an interest in the area. The paediatrician heading the service is on the GMC Specialist Register for Paediatrics.

CBT and DBT: discuss the right support
CBT and DBT skills sessions with an HCPC-registered psychologist are available from age 6, subject to suitability and country eligibility. Therapy has its own suitability assessment; an ADHD or autism assessment does not automatically include therapy.
We confirm the therapist, age group, country eligibility, session format and fee before treatment is booked. A comprehensive DBT programme includes more than individual skills sessions.

Questions parents ask us
Is an online assessment as good as an in-person one?
Suitability depends on your child and the assessment needed. Our online pathway uses interviews, questionnaires, developmental history and information from school where possible. We discuss whether online assessment is appropriate on the free screening call, including whether in-person assessment is needed.
How long does the whole process take?
Ask us about current appointment availability and the expected time to receive a report on your free screening call, before deciding whether to proceed.
Will the report be recognised by schools and my GP?
Honest answer: it varies. Our reports are independent expert assessments written to a professional clinical standard by specialist paediatricians (MRCPCH), including a paediatrician on the GMC Specialist Register. Many schools and GPs find them valuable for understanding a child and putting support in place; acceptance policies still differ between local authorities and NHS services. We will discuss what the report can and cannot do for your situation candidly on the free call — before you pay anything.

What ages do you assess?
Our minimum age for an online assessment is 6 years. Children, young people and adults can request an eligibility check. We confirm the appropriate clinician, age-specific pathway and suitability for online assessment before a clinical appointment is offered.
Can I enquire from Europe or Australia?
We welcome enquiries from the UK, European countries and Australia. Availability depends on the country where you will be physically located during appointments, the clinician’s permissions and insurance, and clinical suitability. An enquiry or introductory call does not confirm eligibility for assessment or therapy.
Are face-to-face appointments available?

Can I enquire about CBT or DBT?
We offer CBT and DBT skills sessions with an HCPC-registered psychologist for people aged 6 and above, subject to suitability and country eligibility. We confirm the session format and a written fee before treatment is booked. Individual DBT skills work is different from a comprehensive DBT programme.
What if it turns out my child doesn't have ADHD or autism?
Then the report will say so — clearly and kindly — and explain what we think is going on instead, with recommendations. An honest answer is the whole point of an assessment.
How do I pay?
Nothing is payable for the screening call. If you proceed, we take payment securely before the assessment appointment. Fees are fixed — the price you see is the price you pay.
