Our minimum assessment age is 6 years. This is the children’s assessment waitlist. For adult assessments, CBT/DBT or appointments outside the UK, please check eligibility and arrange an introductory call. Joining a waitlist does not confirm clinical eligibility.

Please don't include any medical details about your child on this form — we only need enough to contact you. Anything clinical is discussed properly on the call.
