Online assessments are available for patients aged 6 years and above, subject to clinical suitability and country eligibility. Face-to-face appointments are available on a case-by-case basis; please contact us to confirm suitability, location and availability.
Who can enquire?
Our minimum age for online assessment is 6 years. Children, young people and adults can request an eligibility check. Meeting the minimum age does not mean that every assessment can be completed online. The clinician confirms the appropriate age-specific pathway and whether in-person input is needed.
Our published child ADHD and autism pathways describe our paediatric service. Adult assessment arrangements, clinician and fees must be confirmed separately before booking.
UK, Europe and Australia enquiries
Tell us the country where the person receiving care will be physically located during appointments, even if they normally live somewhere else. For Australia, also tell us the state or territory. Please tell us if that location changes.
- United Kingdom: discuss the relevant age group, clinician and service on the introductory call.
- European countries: availability is checked country by country. An enquiry does not establish permission to provide care in every European country.
- Australia: clinical appointments can only be offered once applicable Australian registration, insurance and local care arrangements have been confirmed.
We confirm whether an appropriately qualified and authorised clinician can offer care in your location before accepting payment for a clinical appointment. We may be unable to offer an assessment or therapy in some locations.
Before an appointment is confirmed
- Age, needs, communication preferences and suitability for video appointments.
- The clinician’s identity, professional registration and relevant experience.
- Consent arrangements, including parental responsibility and the young person’s involvement where appropriate.
- A private setting, local contact details and a plan for urgent support or an in-person referral if needed.
- The written scope, fee, cancellation terms and what the assessment report can be used for.
Reports are not guaranteed to be accepted by a school, employer, insurer, funding body or another health service. Check the receiving organisation’s requirements before paying. We do not prescribe medication or promise reimbursement by Medicare, the NHS or an insurer.
